Building Blanická 28, Prague 2 is located on the corner of Blanická street and Vinohradská street with the entrance on Blanická street.
On the ground floor with the entrance on Vinohradská street there are business premises, from the ground floor to 6th floor there are office premises, in the basement there is a bar with a garden situated to the inner courtyard, the sub-basement is used as technical premises of the building, storage space, and a maintenance workshop.
At the entrance to the office part of the building, there is a reception with working hours on working days from 07:00 to 20:00 and which provides tenants with supplementary services (taking over mail, interconnecting of calls etc.) During night hours, public holidays and weekends the building is secured by EZS (electronic safety) system, which is connected to the alarm receiving center. Security of the building is supported by the camera recording system.
