2/ Reason for and the way the company was established TRADE CENTRE PRAHA a.s. (hereinafter referred to as TCP a.s.) was established on February 19, 1990, for the purpose of management and provision of commercial use of selected properties owned by the capital city of Prague. These are predominantly real estate properties with a specific character of usable areas.
The only shareholder of TCP is the capital city of Prague..
Services provided in the area of management and commercial use of real estate are complex, including ensuring of operation through own capacities and the provision of building modifications of real estate from regular repairs to general reconstruction. The company provides territorial, development and engineering preparation of projects based mainly on the use of the estate owned by the capital city of Prague, and comprehensive real estate consultancy. In recent years, the company’s activities have been extended to the management and operation of the swimming pool Aquacentrum Šutka, swimming pool Strahov and the technical management and commercial use of Prague riversides. The primary aspect of TCP services is a qualified and reliable approach to addressing the requirements and needs mainly of the capital city of Prague using the knowledge of the specifics of real estate management and construction in the capital city of Prague.

An appeal against the decision to reject the application or part of the application shall be filed within 15 days from delivery of the decision to the address TRADE CENTRE PRAHA, a.s., Blanická 1008/28, Praha 2, 120 00.

The company’s Board of Directors shall decide on the appeal. The decision on the appeal cannot be appealed, the decision may be reviewed by the court.

A complaint against the provider’s procedure when handling a request for information within the meaning of Section 16a of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on  free access to information, (hereinafter referred to as “Complaint“), shall be filed at the address TRADE CENTRE PRAHA, a.s., Blanická 1008/28, Praha 2, 120 00. The company’s Board of Directors shall decide on the Complaint.

13/ Fees for the provision of information The schedule of charges for information provided under Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended, is provided below on this page and is compiled in accordance with Government Regulation No. 173/2006 Coll., on the principles of determining the charges and licence fees for the provision of information under the Act on Free Access to Information.

Determining conditions:

Payment of packing costs is not required.

If the total costs of providing information, after applying the exemption pursuant to clause 1), to one applicant on the basis of one application do not exceed the amount of 100 CZK, the information shall be provided free of charge.

The final price for the provision of information is the sum of the individual prices specified in this schedule of charges.

The provision of information is subject to the payment of costs pursuant to this schedule of charges.
