Object Šafaříkova 635/24, Praha 2 is the subject of private ownership. Building Šafaříkova 24, Prague 2 is a corner rental house, originated at the end of the 19.century, which is situated in the area of Prague Historical Reserve. The present form of the building is a result of the modernization form the early 1990s.
At present revitalization of the building is gradually being carried out (repairing and painting of the façade, new roofing etc.) At present time the building is non-residential, used as office spaces and on the ground floor there is one shop.
